So was I born this way? Yes and no. Yes, because I remember rearranging my bedroom furniture at the age of 10. I also understood the importance of movement through a physical space as a young professional ballet dancer. I appreciated earlythe concept of 'mise en place' when wanting a task to go well in the kitchen. And was eager to implement the predictability and structure needed when raising my lovely & differently-abled family. No, because I learned many of the skills I have acquired. A lifetime of moving and life transitions partnered with education and priceless mentors allow me to now transfer these skills to you.
